In recent times people all around the world question how and why governments continue to spy on them.

It goes without saying that most people are aware that government spying operations have been going on for decades.

However, what has always been a bit of a mystery is how these intrusive governmental spy-ops are actually conducted.

What you are about to read provides details on two dark-state spy operations (now declassified) which were conducted by the American intelligence services.

Please be warned, you may find them a little shocking.

The ‘Gateway Process’ Report

Back in the 1980’s the CIA was secretly researching out-of-body experiences. Ultimately their intention was to create ‘psychic soldiers’.

This top secret CIA research program was being conducted in order to help their agents achieve astral projection.

Potentially.

I know. This sounds like it’s come from a sci-fi series on Netflix.

Except it hasn’t.

In 2003, following a public disclosure request the US congress forced the CIA to declassify one of it’s many dark state research programs.

What followed was the issuing of a mysterious report entitled ‘The Gateway Process.’

The above picture is of page one of the Gateway Process report. You can read the entire report by clicking the link below.

Page 25 – Missing

The mystery into this project began to run even deeper because in the CIA’s declassification of the dense 28-page Gateway Process report they had failed to publish one of the pages.

Page 25 was missing

After VICE magazine broke the news and published the full report online, it created waves of concern among the consciousness community.

What was written on that mysterious page 25?

So for nearly 18 years, people have been wondered what was written on that missing page.

And more importantly, why was Page 25 missing.

Page 25 is Found

We have now found the missing page 25. (see above)

It was discovered in the archives of the The Monroe Institute – the organisation that was working with the CIA on these experiments.

As you can see, page 25 is suggesting that there are dimensions and realities other than our own.

As wild as it that may at first appear this concept has some truly remarkable repercussions on our understanding of astral projection, out-of-body experiences, and the limits of our human consciousness.

More importantly, can we replicate the suggestions found on page 25 in our own lives?

Is it possible for anyone – you included – to go on an astral journey in order to explore different countries? Different planets? Or even different dimensions?

In fact going on these journeys may not be as far-fetched as you may think.

The CIA have been working with these concepts since the early 1970’s

CIA: Psychic Spies

During the 1970’s and 80’s, the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) carried out secret investigations into our ability to experience and describe distant events which are normally blocked from ordinary human perception.

This intuitive capacity was named REMOTE VIEWING.

During the Cold War top secret research was being conducted by a number of Western government agencies in order to gather intelligence about the activities of their world-wide targets in China, USSR, Iran, etc.

In fact, the two physicists who first discovered that their own psychic abilities were both real and effective had all their experiments and research at Stanford (co-opted by the CIA) silenced by the US intelligence services.

Yet, as both these ‘remote viewers’ have said,

‘The more you hide something, the more it shines like a beacon in psychic space and this ancient truth can no longer be suppressed.’

Third Eye Spies. The Russell Targ Story

Along with his friend and fellow laser physicist, Harold (“Hal”) E. Puthoff, Russell Targ researched psychic abilities on behalf of the Department of Defense. Some of Targ’s former clients also included NASA, the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Army Intelligence.

Their story has been suppressed by the US government for nearly 30 years. However, now they are now able to speak out.

The true story of Russell Targ and America’s cold war psychic spies, has been disclosed and declassified for the first time.

When it was first de-classified Targ said:

“The evidence for extra sensory perception is overwhelming and shows a talent we all share and deserve to know about, leaves us not just with a greater understanding of this unique chapter in U.S. history, but perhaps most importantly a greater understanding of who we are and our larger connection to the world.

The CIA, NSA and DIA used it, your tax dollars paid for it, and now you deserve to know about it.”

Below is part 1 of a 4 part documentary, Third Eye Spies in which Russell Targ details how the American intelligence services use the powers of extra sensory perception to spy on countries all over the world.

What Targ Says About Psychic Superhuman Abilities

When explaining the existence of psychic abilities, Targ humbly states that they’re nothing magical.

“They’re abilities, which anyone can cultivate if they so choose. Consciousness/mind is neither material nor nonmaterial; rather, it is multidimensional.”

And Finally…..

Rambling in Pen thinks that the most important thing that you can do in life is to discover who you really are. Not who the system want you to believe you are. The real you.

If you learn to quiet your mind and move your awareness into timeless space, then you are likely to experience things that will give you a very different view of reality.

Meditation is just one way you can achieve this.

We leave you now with the amazing sound of Grace Slick and Jefferson Starship. Here’s their classic tune – White Rabbit.

Peace and Tranquility.
